Political Scientist: Lukashenka Fears For His Own Skin

The dictator fears for himself personally.

Lukashenka said at the CSTO summit that the opinion is gaining popularity that if Russia loses the war in Ukraine, the CSTO will fall apart, BelTA reports.

“Life, the fate of the CSTO depends on the operation of the Russian Federation in Ukraine. If Russia wins, the CSTO will live; if, God forbid, it does not win, the CSTO will not exist. And in our countries, too, many hotheads began to discuss this problem. I feel that we have come to a common opinion that if, God forbid, Russia collapses, then our place will be under its remains,” Lukashenka said.

Ukrainian political expert Valery Klochok explained on Radio NV what these words of the usurper mean:

“He's trying to save himself. [His] colleagues in the CSTO have long understood the failure of this so-called “special operation”, because apart from Lukashenka, no one sincerely supports [dictator Vladimir] Putin. They meet with him, talk, defend their interests, but no one supports Russian aggression as much as Lukashenka. Lukashenka fears for himself personally. ...> The fact that the CSTO will be unable to perform its functions after losing to Russia is more than obvious. But no one except him speaks such theses. Therefore, here he is afraid for his own skin, nothing more.”
