Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said this.

"Take note. There are increasing reports that not a single Kalibr carrier has taken part in combat duty in the Black Sea. This is a very significant result, ensured by our defenders. The less Russian Black Sea Fleet, the safer it is in the Black Sea," the Ukrainian president stressed.

According to him, there will definitely be a day when the Ukrainian Armed Forces will be able to report that they have ensured a complete protection for Ukraine from the Russian threat both at sea and in the sky.
