Drone Attacks Bryansk Region Power Grid: Unique Footage

The moment of the strike was captured on video.

A video has been released proving an unidentified drone strike on the energy system in Bryansk region.

The information was made public by Andrey Tsaplienko, a Ukrainian military journalist, on his Telegram channel.

The footage was taken from a surveillance camera located two dozen meters away from the site of the explosion. The location of the camera is so good that you can see all the details of the drone's attack.

In the beginning of the video one can see the utility yard of Trubchevsk electric power station in Bryansk region of the Russian Federation. The Russian takes his time walking across the snow-covered yard.

On the 5th second of the video, the drone bursts into the frame.

The drone of unknown origin flies into the yard and crashes into the building.

The planks from the energy infrastructure facility erected in the RF are scattered over the site of the explosion.

OSINT analysts were able to make a precise geolocation of the impact site thanks to the recording. The drone exploded at the coordinates 52.578139, 33.747157.

It is possible to mark the point of the strike on the Trubchevskaya power station on the Google map and see the direction from which the drone flew in. Then it becomes clear that the drone arrived from the southern direction and was either flying over residential areas and no one saw or heard it, or was making its way through sparsely populated areas (bypassing residential areas).

There is also a table on the net that lists important energy facilities in Bryansk region.

The table shows that the most powerful are the Bryansk power systems. There are also some less powerful power systems, which are located in greater reach for drones of unknown origin.
