SSU Colonel: Russian Missile Destroyed Russian Strategic Bombers Right On Ground In Engels

The Russians tried to shoot down a Ukrainian drone, but something went wrong.
Mikhail Pritula, a military expert, SSU reserve colonel and military counterintelligence expert, commenting on the new explosions at the Russian airbase in Engels, noted that if a Ukrainian UAV crosses the front line, it flies almost unhindered across Russian territory from there.
He expressed this opinion on air of Espresso.
"Basically Russia has now dispersed all its anti-aircraft assets at the front line, because Russian losses of these assets are very high. The front line stretches for more than 1,000 km, so it has to be covered accordingly. As a matter of fact, they have drawn air defence assets from almost all of Russia to Ukraine in order to cover the line of contact. Thus, if a drone crosses the frontline, it flies virtually unhindered through the entire territory of the Russian Federation, even to the Far East," the military expert commented.
Mikhail Pritula added that air defense zones are quite limited and normal UAVs bypass them, remaining unnoticed.
"The Russians have certain air defence assets. And it is very likely that a missile was fired at our UAV, given the colour of the flame, it was probably a three-hundred complex. This missile went up a bit and went further on a low target, so it most likely exploded somewhere above the airfield. That is, it was a Russian anti-aircraft missile that destroyed a couple of Russian strategic rocket bombers right on the ground in Engels. Therefore, we can congratulate the Russians on their success," Pritula said.
