Belarus Preparing For Massive Missile Strike Against Ukraine

  • 16.08.2022, 7:41

Up to fifty missiles have been concentrated at the Ziabrauka airfield.

Significant forces are being concentrated at the Russian-controlled Ziabrauka airfield near Homel in preparation for missile strikes in the coming weeks.

According to the Belarusian monitoring group, there are up to 14 S-400 surface-to-air missile systems (SAMs) and about 60 missiles to them on the territory of the airfield.

This is reported by TSN, citing Belarusian telegram channels and satellite images.

Hardware and equipment available at the Zyabrovka airfield:

10 to 14 S-400 Triumf SAMs 3 KASTA-2E2 and 48Ya6 Podlet radars, 2 Pantsir SAMs;

Ammunition with a minimum of 15-60 missiles for S-300/400 SAMs;

Russian Air Force Il-76 aircraft carry missiles for S-400s to the Homel airport, from where they are taken to Ziabrauka.

"Analysis of the situation at the airfield proves that the probability of missile attacks on Ukrainian territory does not just persist, but that preparations for a massive missile strike on Ukrainian territory in the coming weeks seem to be underway. This is also evidenced by the fact that not a single missile has been fired at Ukraine from the territory of Belarus since the last massive shelling - July 28," the report says.

It should be noted that during the night of August 11, explosions could be heard and flashes could be seen near the Ziabrauka airfield in Belarus.
