New satellite photos have been released.
Satellite photos of the aerodrome in Berdyansk after the AFU strikes with ATACMS missiles have appeared in the network. The satellite images clearly show the places of defeat.
Planet Labs photos, taken on October 18, were published by Radio Svaboda journalists.
The satellite photos, in particular, show how a part of the airport runway in Berdyansk that was hit by the AFU and where two days ago the occupants placed their military helicopters looks like now.
Now there are only craters of several metres and damaged equipment of the occupants.
We remind you that on the night of October 17, the Ukrainian Defence Forces launched powerful strikes on airfields near the temporarily occupied Luhansk and Berdyansk. Enemy helicopters were hit there, as well as the equipment at the captured airfields.
According to the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces, as a result of these attacks, in addition to the runways, the Russians lost:
nine helicopters of different modifications;
specialised equipment on the airfields;
an air defence launcher;
an ammunition depot.
