Lukashenka: Government Lies To Me, I Can't Hold Country Together

The dictator, in a fit of paranoia, claimed total disinformation.
Dictator Lukashenka has accused the government of disinformation. In his view, it simply lies to put itself in a better light.
"We do not always implement a decision after it has been taken. We don't implement it in time. That is the norm. But what worries me the most lately (I have mentioned this before) is that our government, instead of doing certain things, starts to lie and misinform me. To show itself in a better light," he said at a meeting on strategic projects.
Lukashenka said he was ready to prove the government's lies with concrete examples, without cameras.
"I don't want to give examples in public, but in private I will give you an example that eloquently testifies to the fact that lies have not been eradicated in our country. And to be surprised that we have cattle deaths in the Homiel region, in the Vitsebsk region, in the Mahiliou region, and in general throughout the country... There is no reason to be surprised when it comes from our ministers, from our governors. It is unacceptable," he added.
"I do not want lies to become a tradition in Belarus. If we look in a broken mirror, we won't be able to hold the country together," the dictator said.
