AFU Commander-In-Chief Zaluzhny Writing Dissertation On Classified Topic

The Ukrainian commander-in-chief is studying at the Odesa Academy.

Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Valery Zaluzhny studies at the National University "Odesa Law Academy" named after Kivalov, writes unian.net.

This is evidenced by the data of the information system of the National Agency for ensuring the quality of higher education. It is known that the chief writes a dissertation "on a special topic that constitutes a state secret in the sphere of defence, state security and protection of law and order".

The topic and abstract of this scientific work are classified in accordance with Articles 1.2.1, 4.4.3, 4.6.4 of the "Code of Information Constituting State Secrets" of 2020. However, the key words of Zaluzhny's thesis are mentioned: discipline, service discipline, military discipline, servicemen, disciplinary misconduct (offence), disciplinary punishment, moral and psychological support, combat immunity, military justice, the Disciplinary Regulations of the AFU.

Over the past year, Zaluzhny has made six media publications on the topic of his work. The date of defending the dissertation is unknown.
