Massive Attack On Moscow: Drones Fly In Waves

The Kaluga region of Russia was also attacked.

Russian authorities reported on the night of 14 December that drones were allegedly flying over Moscow and the Kaluga region of Russia.

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin was the first to report the attack by unknown drones. According to him, drones allegedly flew over Moscow, writes "24 Channel" with reference to Russian telegram channels.

"Tonight (14 December) the air defence forces in the Naro-Fominsk district of the city repelled an attack by a drone flying towards Moscow," Sobyanin complained.

According to him, according to preliminary data, "there is no destruction" at the site of the falling debris. However, emergency services specialists were working at the scene of the drone attack.

Later, at dawn, Sobyanin again complained about the impact of an unknown drone that had attacked Moscow, but was allegedly 'destroyed in the Naro-Fominsk district'.

The governor of Russia's Kaluga region, Vladislav Shapsha, also wrote at dawn on 14 December that Russian air defence forces had allegedly shot down a drone during the night in the Sukhinichi district. Special forces were at the scene, but there had been no 'casualties or damage'.

At dawn, the Russian Defence Ministry reported the alleged 'successful work of the air defence'. In particular, the Russians claimed that 9 drones had already attacked the Russian capital.

At the same time, residents of Moscow and Russian regions attacked by drones complained of explosions and falling debris.
