Famous Belarusian Playwright Aliaksei Dudarau Died in Minsk

The honoured Art Worker was 72 years old.

The Belarusian Union of Cinematographers reported that the Belarusian playwright and screenwriter Aliaksei Dudarau died on the last day of winter in Minsk.

The Honored Art Worker of Belarus was 72 years old.

Aliaksei Dudarau is a native of the Dubrouna district of the Vitebsk region. He was the head of the Belarusian Union of Theater Workers and the editor-in-chief of the Mastatstva magazine.

He is the author of several books of prose, as well as the scriptwriter for the popular feature movie "White Dew" (Belarusfilm, 1983).
