Freshly installed lighting on the House of Culture in Slutsk has started to "limp" right away: the inscription reads "0 culture" in the dark.

"Zero culture in the cultural capital of Belarus. There have been problems with electricity in the town of Slutsk for a long time now. And this despite the status of a nuclear state," writes the Belarus Beyond the Ring Road telegram channel.
