Girkin: We All Will End Up In The Hague

The army has ceased to be loyal to Putin.

Russian terrorist Igor Girkin, who led the incitement of war in the Donbas for the further occupation of the region, believes that it is no longer possible to talk about the complete loyalty of the Russian army to its leadership, writes New Voice.

He said this in one of his videos with an analysis of the internal political situation in the country against the backdrop of its military defeats in Ukraine and the armed rebellion of the Wagner PMC leader Yevgeny Prigozhin.

“I am frightened by the possibility that the enemy will still be able to break through our front before the end of August, without exhausting their forces, in a situation where we have an unidentified something instead of a president, or we have a president who is incapable of making decisions ... Possibly, up to personal non-freedom. And this can also happen, because some moments make us suspect this too ... We can get a catastrophe on a national scale, far exceeding the immediate consequences of any one military defeat, even if it is serious,” states Girkin.

In addition to the Wagner coup, as an example, he cited the situation with the already undisguised repressions against representatives of the highest military leadership, in particular, the recent dismissal of the commander of the 58th Army, Ivan Popov.

“The Prigozhin rebellion, apparently, achieved at least part of its goals. Popov's speech shows that the army is not internally loyal to its own high command. That the gap between the command, between the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and the army is huge. That the contradictions are very acute. In this situation, the risk of military defeat becomes a risk for our statehood,” the war criminal said, adding that it was high time to understand this.

In this regard, he predicts that all those responsible for unleashing a war against Ukraine will eventually face an international tribunal.

“If one of the top security officials consoled himself with the thought that he would be personally forgiven and not sent to the Hague, this is a mistake. The Rotenbergs, Kovalchuks, Timchenkos and Abramovichs will send everyone to the Hague. Everyone who will stand in their way to pumping resources from here further on, and maintaining the occupation regime that they will establish here,” Girkin predicts.
