Usevalad Yancheuski left the administration of Hi-Tech Park about two months ago, sources familiar with the situation told Nasha Niva.

According to NN, he is now the head of a legal entity in the United Arab Emirates, which was opened as a financial gateway for the HTP. They were going to transfer money through it to those Belarusian IT-companies and foreign customers, who can't work directly with Belarus after the outbreak of the full-scale war in Ukraine.

As far as is known, Yancheuski asked himself to leave the post of HTP head - under the pretence that he was more needed on the spot in the UAE to run the new legal entity.

Nasha Niva earlier wrote that the idea of opening the company in the UAE belongs to the management of the High Technology Park.

On the one hand, the need stems from the situation on the markets: because of the complications in financial relations between Belarusian banks and banks of developed countries, there are difficulties in paying for the services of those Belarusian companies, which for their own reasons remain in Belarus, while working for Western markets.

Having established a legal entity in the Emirates, the HTP management hopes to solve the problem of such companies in this way. It is planned that the Western customer will pay not to the toxic jurisdiction, which the Belarusian one is now considered to be, but to the HTP accounts in the UAE. And then this money will get to Belarus. Probably, in a currency different from the currency of turnout. For example, converted into yuan.

The HTP will have its own interest for servicing.

Yancheuski has been the head of the HTP since 2017. Before that, he was Lukashenka's aide and ideologist. Aliaksandr Bazanau, who came from the KGB, became the new head of the HTP.
