Zelensky Arrived In The Netherlands To Discuss F-16 Fighter Jets Supplies To Ukraine

The agenda of negotiations with Prime Minister Mark Rutte was revealed.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in the Netherlands on a visit. The president is going to discuss the issue of the supply of F-16 fighters to Ukraine.

RBC-Ukraine reported with reference to the Telegram channel of the President of Ukraine.

“We arrived in the Netherlands together with the first lady and the team. Substantive negotiations with Mr Prime Minister Mark Rutte are ahead, as always,” the President of Ukraine said.

According to the Ukrainian leader, the main issue that he is going to discuss during his visit to the Netherlands is the supply of F-16 fighters for Ukraine.

Other issues in the agenda are as follows:

The Global Peace Summit;

The Peace Formula;

Bringing the terrorist country Russia to justice.

For a long time, Ukrainian officials and the military have been asking the Western allies to begin deliveries of the advanced F-16 fighter jets that Ukraine needs to defend against constant Russian shelling. In particular, thanks to them, Ukrainian soldiers will be able to compete with Russian aviation.

Already on August 17, the United States of America approved the transfer of F-16 fighter jets from Denmark and the Netherlands to Ukraine. US national security adviser Jake Sullivan said that Ukraine will be provided with American fighters after pilot training is completed.
