The Belaruskaia Vyvedka (“Belarusian Intelligence”) Telegram channel reports that Lukashenka is desperately trying to "talk" with Putin, using any pretexts. The Kremlin answers - “later”:

“It became known that at yesterday's ‘evening meeting’ the Wagner camp and security issues of the Russian-Belarusian border were discussed in the event of an aggravation of the situation in Russia. Then the conversation continued with the head of the Presidential Security Service in private. Apparently, they discussed the strengthening of Lukashenka's personal security measures.Э
