Woman In Rechytsa Tries To Recapture her Friend From Riot Police

In Rechytsa, a 34-year-old woman tried to recapture her friend from the riot police. According to the security officials, she was drunk, filmed them, demanded to show their IDs, to tell their names, “thrashed around” and hit one of the riot policemen in the face. As a result, she was detained. A criminal case has been opened for “violence against an internal affairs officer.”

According to the press service of the Homel police, a conflict situation arose at a festive event — City Day was celebrated in Rechytsa on September 2. The attention of the riot police was attracted by a drunk man sitting at a table “with a blood-stained face” (later he would say that he “stumbled unluckily”). They called an ambulance and took him to the car. At that moment, an acquaintance of the man appeared on the path of the riot police.
