Belarusian MoD Announces Unexpected Inspection Of Tank Battalion

The condition of special equipment will also be assessed.

The Ministry of Defense of Belarus announced on January 17 the beginning of an inspection of a tank battalion of one of the mechanized brigades of the Western Operational Command.

Head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Belarus, Major General Viktar Hulevich ordered the start of the inspection.

The Ministry of Defense said that during the inspection of the tank battalion, the readiness of the personnel of the military unit to carry out their intended tasks will be assessed. Also under control is the condition of weapons, military and special equipment for subsequent use.
