Could it be an F-16?

A mysterious black or dark blue plane was seen in the sky over Ukraine.

Military expert Oleg Zhdanov answered the question whether it could be an American F-16 fighter.

“Dark blue is also one of the color options for our aircraft. Many of our planes have a double paint job. The upper part of the fuselage is painted in one tone, and the lower part can be painted in a different tone, or it can have camouflage applied to it. There are different options,” he noted.

According to Zhdanov, he does not yet see any signs that the F-16 is already in Ukraine.

“I wouldn’t rush things. It is unlikely that the F-16 is part of the Ukrainian Air Force today. I think that pilot training is ongoing, personnel training is ongoing. We periodically read about this in the Western press. Accordingly, the F-16s will arrive in Ukraine as planned: late February — early March. Most likely, we will receive the first aircraft in March,” the expert said.

He believes that if the F-16s were already in Ukraine, the Russians would “blow all the trumpets”: “For now, they only think with bated breath and with a shudder, live with the thought that F-16s are about to appear here”.
