The Ukrainian colonel revealed shocking facts about the enemy's propaganda.

The Russian occupiers began to flee en masse from their positions in the Melitopol direction. Many began to surrender.

This was stated on the air of the telethon by the representative of the Joint Press Center of the Tauride Defense Forces, Colonel Oleksandr Shtupun.

He said that the Russians are fleeing from the trenches at the front line. Up to three dozen occupiers surrender every week. Many do it even without a fight, and someone goes to the position of the Armed Forces of Ukraine because of hunger. The Russians are also rioting because they don't want to fight against Ukraine.

"Firstly, they have New Year's holidays, and the Russians do not really want to attack at all, some units begin to rebel and refuse or run away from the trenches in order not to go. That is, they sabotage... Some surrender in battle and some surrender without a fight. Some of them come to their positions because of hunger and also surrender,” says Shtupun.

He added that as of December, more than 220 Russian soldiers surrendered through the "I Want to Live" hotline and more than a thousand applications are under consideration.

At the same time, the Russian command tries to intimidate the occupiers with "fairy tales" about "gouged eyes, castration and quartering".
