Two Belarusian citizens were evacuated from Sudan. This was reported by the Telegram channel “Voice of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs”, which is close to the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.

“Tonight, young citizens of Belarus, a guy and a girl, arrived in Moscow, as they were successfully evacuated from Sudan with the assistance of the Belarusian Embassy in Egypt and other Belarusian interested parties,” the diplomatic mission said.

There are few details yet. It is alleged that the operation to return Belarusians to their homeland lasted a little more than two weeks.
