Shell Fragments Of Unknown Origin Found In Poland

The Operational Command of the branches of the Polish Armed Forces reported that Polish airspace was repeatedly violated by drones during the Russian Federation's attack on Ukraine.

Commenting on this situation, Interior Ministry spokeswoman Karolina Galecka said that after the violation of Polish airspace, as of 12:00 Minsk time, the services found the wreckage of seven drones and fragments of a shell of unknown origin.

She said that the wreckage of drones was found in the settlements of Czeszniki, Czosnówka, Wyriki (where a house was also damaged), Krzywowoverszba-Kolonia, Wogyn, Mnisków and Olesno.

Shell fragments were found in the locality of Wygalev.

As Charter97.org reported, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said that for the first time drones that violated Polish airspace flew not from Ukraine, but directly from Belarus.
