It's become known what's behind it.

The command of the aggressor country Russia is transferring "elite" units from the combat zone in Ukraine to protect military facilities in occupied Crimea. In particular, guerrillas have recorded the arrival of some units on the territory of the peninsula.

This was reported in the Telegram channel of the military movement of Ukrainians and Crimean Tatars "Atesh". It noted that such actions of the invaders are a confirmation of the extremely effective strikes of the AFU against the military infrastructure of the Russian Federation.

"Atesh agents from the 18th anti-aircraft missile regiment report that "Irish" units from the Española Brigade and "Disgusting 8" from the 106th Airborne Division of the Russian Armed Forces have arrived on the peninsula," the report said.

What is known

Some groups of these trained units were reportedly transferred to the peninsula in the role of a so-called fire department to strengthen Crimea's air defense against Ukrainian drone attacks. In addition, they were instructed to pass on combat experience to other units that have been trying to counter the Ukrainian Defense Force's UAVs for a long time without results.

It follows from this that the Russian military leadership is ready to weaken certain parts of the front for the sake of protecting rear facilities in Crimea.

In turn, the Atesh movement plays a key role by providing Ukrainian defenders with valuable information directly from inside Russian military units.

"We will continue to monitor the situation and pass information to the JIC. Join the underground movement "Atesh". Together we can do irreparable harm to the occupiers!" - the message stated.
