"Putin Is Using The Latest Arguments."

The war situation should soon worsen for the Kremlin.
The Russians, by striking Ukraine's energy facilities, aim to break psychologically Ukrainians who are suffering from lack of heat and electricity. However, former U.S. presidential special envoy Keith Kellogg is confident that if Ukraine survives this winter, the advantage will be on its side, not Russia's.
Public communications expert and publicist Yuri Bogdanov noted in a conversation with 24 Kanal that the Russians, with their massive attacks on Ukraine's energy sector, want to make Ukrainians panic, hysterical and confused. However, Russia is taking such actions because it is in a stalemate situation itself.
Why is the Kremlin now resorting to serious escalation?"
Bogdanov said that even in the dire circumstances of the ordeal of lack of heat and light, it is important to keep the focus on the fact that we have no other choice. After all, the consequences of the concessions to Russia that Vladimir Putin is seeking would be catastrophic for Ukraine.
"Putin is escalating so much because he is running out of time and has fewer and fewer resources left to keep the current pace on the front and continue the war. He realizes if he can't break the Ukrainian army, he has to break the rear," the publicist explained.
"So the most important thing, in his opinion, is to withstand the pressure and realize that Russia is using the last arguments.
"That's why Keith Kellogg is absolutely right. If Ukraine holds out this winter, the situation will deteriorate sharply further for Russians. This is clear from the dynamics of events on the front, from Russia's economic capabilities. That is why now all key levers of pressure, even if the U.S. does not strengthen sanctions, are working for Ukraine," the expert on public communications is sure.
Today the Russians are suffering very heavy losses due to, in his opinion, the increasing scaling of unmanned systems, which undermine Russia's long-term ability to wage war.
"On the battlefield, the enemy has almost nothing. Its advantage in manpower, which in many ways served as the main instrument of pressure on Ukraine and successes on the front, is leveled. Therefore, the goal set by the new Defense Minister Mikhail Fedorov, to achieve Russian losses per month in the amount of 50 thousand occupants, is a difficult task, but quite achievable," - said Yuri Bogdanov.
Ukraine, according to him, has not yet managed to extinguish Moscow, but in Belgorod, Bryansk and other Russian border towns there is a real disaster. At the same time, Ukraine has a margin of safety, recovery and European resources, while the Russians do not.
So, as the publicist noted, if Ukraine survives a little over a month of winter, it will warm up further, and after that the Russians' prospects will get worse literally every week.
