Azerbaijan Sends A Batch Of Humanitarian Aid To Ukraine

Baku has supplied Kiev with a batch of electrical equipment.

Azerbaijan has sent a batch of electrical equipment to Ukraine as humanitarian aid. This was reported by AzerTaj.

According to journalists, the humanitarian aid was provided by the Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan on the order of the republic's President Ilham Aliyev. The equipment was sent from the Sumgayit Technological Park, the agency noted.

On January 21, Minval portal reported that Azerbaijan sent a batch of humanitarian aid, including energy equipment, worth $1 million to Ukraine. The support was organized in connection with problems with the Ukrainian state's energy supply, the material suggests.

In September last year, Ukraine received from Azerbaijan a batch of humanitarian aid with electric cables and generators to support the country's energy sector.
