According to the Telegram channel “Meteovibe”, the weather in Belarus is currently being influenced by a fairly cool air mass that has moved in from Scandinavia.

However, atmospheric circulation will change in the second half of the week under the influence of a stationary cyclone over the Black Sea. On its northern periphery, northwesterly winds will give way to easterly and southeasterly winds. Warmer air will begin to flow in from the Caspian Sea region. The southeastern part of the country will be particularly fortunate, as the advection of warm air will be more intense there.

According to the ECMWF model, air temperatures could rise to +11..+17°C by Sunday, with temperatures of +18..+20°C not ruled out in the southeast.

At the same time, brief showers are expected in some areas through the end of the week. More precipitation is forecast for southern Belarus.
