MANPADS operators are stationed on aerial work platforms.

Russians are bolstering Moscow's air defense with car lifts, reports the Charter97.org Facebook page.

The Russian capital has begun using a new tactic to defend against UAVs. Car lifts are moving in large numbers along the city’s outskirts, and in the event of an attack, they quickly transform into observation towers for members of mobile fire teams.

They are equipped with "Verba" and "Igla" man-portable air defense systems.

This was reported by the well-known Russian insider Telegram channel “VChK-OGPU.”

At the same time, stationary "Pantsir" systems have begun to disappear from Moscow, including those mounted on rooftops. Apparently, the fixed positions of these systems have proven ineffective.
