Ukraine resumed its strikes after a three-day moratorium.

The Ryazan Region of the Russian Federation came under a massive drone attack on the night of October 15. This was announced by the region’s governor.

“Last night and this morning, our region came under a massive UAV attack. A fire broke out at an oil refinery. A warehouse and vehicles on the grounds of another enterprise in Ryazan were damaged. The material damage is currently being assessed. Emergency services are on the scene,” said Governor Pavel Malkov.

Earlier, he announced that classes in schools and kindergartens in two districts of Ryazan would be canceled due to the UAV attacks.

As a reminder, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine is resuming strikes on Russian oil refineries after a three-day moratorium.

According to him, Ukraine refrained from striking Russian energy infrastructure for three days to comply with Washington’s wishes. Meanwhile, Russia continued to attack Ukrainian energy facilities and killed more than 100 civilians over the past week.
