Musk Has Come Up With A Solution To The U.S. National Debt Problem

The businessman believes that AI and robots can help reduce the national debt.

The U.S. will be able to solve the problem of record-high national debt only by using artificial intelligence (AI) and robots. This was stated by American entrepreneur and founder of Tesla and SpaceX Elon Musk, according to Business Insider.

According to him, if U.S. President Donald Trump made reducing the national debt his top priority, this could be achieved with the help of AI. However, Musk noted, the problem is that by trying to solve the budget deficit and stop wasteful spending, “you make a lot of enemies.”

“If you have robots, and you reach space, and you can potentially achieve an economy a million times larger than Earth’s, this could ultimately lead to money becoming obsolete,” Musk said.

The businessman suggested that money won’t disappear, but it will be measured in terms such as power and tonnage, mass, and energy.
