Ukrainian Armed Forces Robots Have Prepared Yet Another "surprise" For The Russians On The Front Lines

Photo Fact.
Ukraine is shifting dangerous engineering operations to ground-based drones, taking the technology to a new level. Previously, robots were used to remotely lay mines along the approaches to Ukrainian positions; now a new “surprise” awaits them on the front lines, reports "Dialog".
The published photos show a Ukrainian Armed Forces robot deploying a barbed-wire barrier in open terrain. Military personnel control the machine remotely—they do not need to be near it during installation.
Under real frontline conditions, one such drone can cover an average of 1 to 3 kilometers per day.
The images released by the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Ground Forces show a wheeled ground robotic complex (NRK) from the 16th Separate Support Brigade in action, remotely installing “Egoza”-type spiral anti-personnel barriers.
This allows Ukraine, in conjunction with remote mining, to transform open terrain into an obstacle course impassable to Russian occupiers. The robot moves continuously. A specially designed slanted metal frame allows the massive coil of “Egoza” to be unwound on the move, using its own weight and friction. What would take a group of people dozens of minutes of dangerous work, the drone accomplishes in a matter of minutes.
