The truth about Russia’s real state of affairs broke through onto the airwaves of the propaganda channel NTV. There, they openly stated that the Russian Federation is currently too weak to attempt to share the world with the superpowers—the United States and China. This bold statement was made on the propaganda talk show “Meeting Place,” according to Dialog.UA.
The program focused on the upcoming meeting between Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and the leaders of the U.S. and China Donald Trump and Xi Jinping. They drew parallels with the Yalta Agreements, hinting at a division of spheres of influence in the world. One of the invited experts couldn’t hold back and spoke the truth—Russia is too weak even to lay claim to the South Caucasus, let alone anything more.
“It will be a ‘Yalta’ for two—between China and the United States. Well, let’s not blow this out of proportion! (…) Well, they won’t be sharing anything with us! We’re not in that kind of position right now. We’re China’s ally, and in this case, we’re following China’s lead. There won’t be any regular meetings in this format. God willing, they’ll be forced to… But these delusional plans for the division of the world (ed.)! Does anyone seriously believe that Turkey will enter Russia’s sphere of influence? They’ve lost their minds. I think there’s a better chance that we’ll end up in Turkey’s sphere of influence given the current situation! Let me not rub salt in the wound by talking about our positions in the South Caucasus. I have nothing to offer you in the way of consolation! “They won’t be dividing up the world just to give Russia a piece of it!” declared a participant on a propaganda talk show.
According to him, the only thing the Kremlin can hope for at this meeting is a discussion about Ukraine. He called for taking advantage of Trump’s favorable attitude while he still has power over his own Senate, since after the election, according to the propagandist, his influence will be severely undermined.
