He intends to give it to him.
Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski stated that he has a message for Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, which he intends to convey to him at a G20 meeting.
The statement by the head of the Polish Foreign Ministry is reported by PAP (https://www.pap.pl/aktualnosci/spotkanie-szefow-dyplomacji-panstw-g20-sikorski-mam-przeslanie-do-lawrowa).
As Sikorski noted, he intends to convey to Lavrov the same message he had already addressed to him at a UN Security Council meeting: “Sergey, tell your leader that enough is enough—let this end. Five years of this bloody war—it must stop.”
When asked about an invitation to meet with Lavrov, he replied: “This is an awkward situation for us… We would like Russia to start behaving like a member of the clubs to which it belongs, and in which certain rules apply. If you’re a member of a club, you have to behave like a gentleman, but some, unfortunately, don’t know how to do that.”
Overall, according to the Polish minister, the two-day ministerial meeting in the U.S. state of Georgia will focus on issues related to freedom of navigation, access to food, and energy.
“Poland has something to say on all three issues, because freedom and safety of navigation in the Baltic Sea are important matters; critical infrastructure on the seabed of the Baltic Sea; and the fact that grain from Ukraine and Europe is not reaching Egypt and other countries is one of the reasons why Russia’s bloody aggression against Ukraine must stop,” he said.
