A historic building from the early 19th century has been put up for auction on Nemiga Street in Minsk. The starting price is 2.6 million rubles, according to Realt.
The three-story building is located at 12A Rakovskaya Street. It is right behind the long white house on Nemiga Street, known as the Musinsky House.
This building is a historic and cultural landmark. It was built in the early 19th century. It currently houses offices.
The building is owned by the state-owned company BelVTI, which is engaged in waste processing.
The area is 522 square meters. The starting price is 2,607,600 rubles (approximately 867,000 dollars at the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus exchange rate as of October 2, 2026).
Along with the building, existing lease agreements with tenants will also be transferred to the new owner.
The auction is being conducted by the Minsk Regional Center for Investment and Privatization.
