A house built on a lot in Zhdanovichi—the site of “Zaslavl,” the country’s first restaurant funded by foreign investment—became the most expensive home sold in the country in September.
According to Realt, the cottage—built in 2025 and measuring 521 square meters—sold for $4.45 million.

The entire complex consists of 44 villas ranging in size from 290 to 650 square meters. As stated on the project’s website, each home features a swimming pool, a hammam, a sauna, and a gym. The property will feature landscaped grounds with automatic irrigation and lighting, as well as a barbecue area. In addition, the complex will include a spa hotel, a beauty salon, a gym, and a café-restaurant. Currently, one section—closer to the village—is still under construction, while the part of the complex nestled in the woods and near the Minsk Sea beach is already complete.
