The President of Ukraine met with the head of the SBU, who briefed him.

Ukraine is preparing responses to Russia’s escalation and is actively working with international partners to strengthen its air defense system and aviation support.

This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, according to Charter97.org, citing his Telegram channel.

According to the head of state, during a briefing by Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Director Oleksandr Poklad and Deputy Head of the Office of the President Pavlo Palisa, priority steps were identified to counter the enemy’s actions.

Ukraine is cooperating through all available channels with partners capable of providing additional support in the form of air defense systems and ammunition for F-16 fighter jets.

“We are preparing our responses to this wave of Russian escalation. We are working with partners who can provide Ukraine with additional support in the form of air defense systems and ammunition for F-16s. I am grateful to every country that is ready to help,” Zelenskyy noted.

During the briefing, special attention was paid to supplying Ukrainian defenders on the front lines and fulfilling requests coming directly from the front lines.

“We continue to fulfill the requests of combat corps and brigade commanders, which the troops voiced during a meeting at the front,” the president emphasized.
