The company itself is owned by "Radiofizika."

The Gomel Design Bureau for System Programming (KBSP), which develops software for Russian air defense and missile defense systems, in 2025, 91.2% of its output was produced in the interests of Russia, as revealed by “Flagstok”.

KBSP was established in 1969 to develop software for advanced air defense and missile defense systems. After the collapse of the USSR, the bureau remained in Belarus, and in 2007 it became a public joint-stock company. Since 2011, the company has been owned by the Moscow-based PJSC “Radiofizika,” which is affiliated with the Russian defense conglomerate “Almaz-Antey.”

According to financial reports, the company employed 116 people in 2022. In 2024, 94.2% of its output was produced for Russia. In 2025, amid the ongoing war against Ukraine, this share stood at 91.2%.

In June 2024, “Radiofizika” was added to the U.S. sanctions list. KBSP’s parent company—the Almaz-Antey Concern—specializes in the development of Russian air defense, missile defense, and radar systems.
