  • 2.11.2026, 8:46

A successful attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

From the Samara Linear Production and Dispatch Station in the Samara Region of Russia, black smoke is rising. This was reported by ASTRA, citing its own OSINT analysis. The facility is part of Russia’s main oil pipeline system and is considered a critically important piece of infrastructure.

Authorities have not officially confirmed the attack. Local residents, however, reported hearing explosions and seeing a plume of smoke rising above the LPDs site. Readers of ASTRA sent in a photo showing smoke heading toward the station, and the publication’s OSINT analyst verified the image: it was taken on the New Bridge in Samara.

The “Samara” Oil Storage Terminal is one of the largest oil storage facilities in Europe. The facility has 71 storage tanks, with a total storage capacity exceeding 1.6 million cubic meters of oil.
