The dictator acknowledged the country's socioeconomic problems.

Dictator Alexander Lukashenko spoke about the main risks of destabilization within the republic. According to BelTA, Lukashenko made these remarks on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at the 4th Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security.

Lukashenko noted that the main causes of the growing protests in Europe were socioeconomic problems, rising utility rates and prices, a general decline in living standards, and rampant crime. All these factors and processes require the Belarusian authorities’ close attention and consideration.

At the same time, Lukashenko emphasized that Belarus does not welcome such a situation in neighboring countries, as it could lead to destabilization within the republic itself.
