Alexander Lukashenko’s former residence near Vitebsk is up for sale, according to “Vitebskaya Viasna”.

Since 2014, it has housed the rehabilitation department of the Vitebsk Regional Diagnostic Center, and since March 2020, a rehabilitation department for people who have recovered from COVID-19. From December 2023, the recreation center was owned by OJSC “BelVitunifarm,” and in September 2025, ownership of the facility was transferred to the city of Vitebsk.

The property is located in a picturesque area on more than 10 hectares of land behind a high fence.
