The woman was one of the six victims of the attack.
Among the six victims of the terrorist attack in Kraków was a 51-year-old Austrian citizen. This was reported by the Lesser Poland Voivode Krzysztof Klenczar, according to Onet.pl.
Previously, authorities had only reported that one of the victims was not a Polish citizen.
“When listing the nationalities of the six victims, in one case I indicated that the person was not a Polish citizen—due to ongoing procedures. I can confirm that the 51-year-old woman was an Austrian citizen. In addition to her, the victims included a 50-year-old Polish citizen, a 32-year-old British citizen, a 53-year-old Polish citizen, and two other Polish citizens, aged 47 and 61,” Krzysztof Klenczar stated at a press conference.
On Saturday, November 7, a shooting occurred in Kraków’s Main Market Square. A driver drove into the city’s main square and opened fire.
Six people are known to have been killed so far. The attacker has been detained.
