Council Of Europe Secretary General Arrives In Kyiv

He held talks with the Ukrainian foreign minister.

Council of Europe Secretary General Alain Berset has arrived in Ukraine, the Interfax-Ukraine news agency reported.

On Monday morning, Berset held talks with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga. This was followed by their joint press conference.

According to Reuters, Berce and Sibiga also paid tribute to the fallen Ukrainian defenders at a makeshift memorial on Kiev's Independence Square.
