The second round of talks between Washington and Tehran took place in Geneva.

The Iranian delegation at the talks with the United States expressed readiness to suspend uranium enrichment, transfer some of its reserves to another country, such as Russia, and start business relations with the American side. This was reported by The Wall Street Journal, citing sources among Iranian and American diplomats.

Tehran expressed readiness to suspend uranium enrichment for up to three years, the newspaper's interlocutors claim.

Iranian and American negotiators held a meeting on February 17 in Geneva. In addition, Iranian delegates met with International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director General Rafael Grossi.
