The Russians tried to cover the base with anti-drone nets, but it didn't help.
On the night of February 19, explosions erupted in Velikie Luki (Pskov region of the Russian Federation). A large-scale fire went up at a local oil depot, writes OBOZ.UA.
The governor of the Pskov region, Mikhail Vedernikov, confirmed the defeat. He said the region had been attacked by Ukrainian UAVs, causing a tank to burst into flames at the Velikoluk oil depot. According to him, there were no casualties.
It is noteworthy that this oil depot was attempted by the Russians to cover it from all sides with anti-drone nets. The defenses, as you can see from the photos and video, did not work, and there was more than one arrival. Residents report that at least four drones reached their target.
Preliminary reports suggest that the attack targeted LLC Pskovnefteprodukt Sales Association, owned by Surgutneftegaz billionaire Vladimir Bogdanov.

"The facility is probably responsible for the storage and movement of oil products; because of the importance of fuel for logistics, it is of strategic importance. An important railroad connection for the occupier is located nearby," noted Telegram channel Exilenova+.
Pskov officials warned residents that "due to the danger of UAVs in the region's airspace, mobile Internet speeds may be reduced."
Pskov airport was closed for receiving and releasing aircraft due to the alert, as announced by Rosaviatsia.
