The State Property Committee of Vitsebsk voblast offered 133 unused real estate objects to investors for free or for 1 basic unit. As the portal "Belarusians and the market" has seen, almost half of them are former rural schools and kindergartens.

An important part of the proposed buildings are rural clubs, libraries, bathhouses.

The largest number of them is located in Postavy (25), Orsha (18), Beshenkovichi (13) districts.

A possible interesting lot is a former brick factory in Rossonsky district, built in 1996. Its territory is more than 16 hectares, on which 24 buildings and structures with an area of more than 25 thousand square meters are located.

In Hluboki on the same terms is offered a historical and cultural value - the building of the former Carmelite monastery.
