Lukashenko and Russian dictator Vladimir Putin held a telephone conversation on Thursday, February 19, the Kremlin press service reported.

The conversation between the Belarusian and Russian rulers took place around 9 p.m. Minsk time.

It is reported that Putin and Lukashenko talked about the meeting of the so-called supreme state council of the "union state" of Russia and Belarus, which will be held in Moscow next week.
