Tariffs of 15%, instead of the previously announced 10%, US President Donald Trump imposed after a "thorough, detailed and complete" review of the Supreme Court's decision on his trade policy.

Rump wrote on his Truth Social network.

In his post, the White House chief emphasized that the duties take effect "immediately," and added that the new level of tariffs are "fully authorized" and legally vetted.
