Tasks of the operation
According to the military, among the key tasks is the defeat of the enemy grouping and its displacement beyond the administrative border of Dnipropetrovsk region.
Despite the active assault actions of the Russian troops, the DShV units continue to repel attacks and simultaneously conduct offensive actions.
Situation in the direction
The DShV notes that the situation remains very dynamic. The enemy is trying to hold the captured positions and is using significant human and technical resources.

Results of the operation
Since the beginning of the operation, the DSHV grouping together with related units has regained control over more than 300 square kilometers of territory. Eight settlements have also been cleared of enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups.
The military emphasize that the active phase of the operation is still underway, so it is premature to talk about its final results.
We recall that on February 20, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said that Ukrainian defenders freed from Russian occupants about 300 square kilometers of territory on the southern section of the front.
