Successful counterattack of the AFU.

Since the end of January, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have managed to regain control of hundreds of square kilometers of territory in the Oleksandrovskyi direction.

This was reported by the AFU Commander-in-Chief Alexander Syrskyi.

According to him, he held a meeting with commanders of units that perform combat missions on one of the key sections of the front. During the meeting they discussed the progress of operations, problematic issues and priority steps to strengthen the troops' capabilities - in particular, in the field of logistics, evacuation of the wounded and provision of ammunition.

The situation in the Alexandrovsky direction remains tense. The enemy continues the pressure, using small assault groups, artillery, drones and armored vehicles.

Despite this, the Ukrainian military not only hold positions, but also conduct offensive actions. Since the end of January, units of the airborne assault troops together with other forces have regained control over 400 square kilometers of territory and eight settlements.
