The European Union plans to ban all Russian participants in the war in Ukraine from entering Europe. This was announced by the head of Eurodiplomacy Kaja Kallas at a press conference following a meeting of the EU foreign ministers.

"In the European Commission, we are working to prevent hundreds of thousands of former Russian military personnel who took part in the war in Ukraine from entering the Schengen area," she said.
