Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has revealed details of a phone call with his American counterpart Donald Trump. He stated that Steve Whitkoff and Jared Kushner were also on the call.

Zelensky said in his Telegram channel on Wednesday, February 25.

"Just spoke with U.S. President Donald Trump. President Trump's representatives Steve Whitkoff and Jared Kushner were also on the call. Now our teams are working hard, and I thanked for all the efforts and such involvement in the negotiations, in working to end the war," he wrote.

The head of state stressed that Kiev greatly appreciates the PURL program. He noted that this winter is the most difficult for Ukraine, but the missiles for air defense systems, which the country can buy from the United States, "are very helpful in getting through all these challenges and protecting life."

Zelensky said that he spoke with Trump about the issues that representatives of Ukraine and the United States will work on at a bilateral meeting tomorrow in Geneva, as well as about preparations for the next meeting of the full negotiating teams in a trilateral format in very early March.

"We hope that it will give us an opportunity to move to negotiations at the level of the United States and Ukraine," he wrote. President Trump supports this sequence of steps. This is the only way to resolve all complex and sensitive issues and finally end the war," the Ukrainian president added.
