It could be the detonation of a powerful explosive device.

On February 27, an explosion occurred in a residential building on Kadyrov Street in the Russian capital Moscow in the apartment where Gosznak employees live. The official version of the incident was the explosion of a gas cylinder allegedly used in the installation of stretch ceilings. However, sources of the "VChK-OGPU" project claim that it could be a powerful explosive device.

According to the project, the device was planted in the apartment of a married couple, where both husband and wife work at Gosznak. The head of the family was issuing a pass during the coronavirus pandemic, indicating the Moscow Mint as his place of employment.

The explosion caused a shockwave to knock out a facade slab. The man and his minor daughter were injured. The spouses were not at home at the time of the incident. It is reported that the man has not yet regained consciousness.

The publication also notes that the house is not gasified. In addition, the landlady of the apartment denied carrying out any repair work for which the gas cylinder could be used.

After the incident, a large number of FSB officers arrived at the scene. According to neighbors, they heard representatives of special services talking on the street that what happened could be a terrorist attack. It is not known whether the man kept the explosive device at home or whether it was given to him, for example, in the form of a parcel.

The day before, Russian federal media wrote about the explosion in the house. At first, the reasons for the incident were not specified, later the version about the explosion of a gas cylinder for the installation of stretch ceilings was published. According to their data, one person was injured as a result of the incident.
